Skills

• Strong culinary skills including cooking techniques, knife skills, and food preparation methods
• Experience working in fine dining or restaurant environments, demonstrating excellent food handling practices
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper kitchen hygiene
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for serving guests and collaborating with team members
• Familiarity with catering services, meal prep processes, and the food industry standards
