Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces using industry-standard techniques and equipment.
• Execute specialized tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care (including polishing and buffing), laundry services, and sanitation procedures to ensure optimal hygiene.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces to eliminate germs and allergens.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously during each visit.
• Manage janitorial duties efficiently, including waste disposal, organizing supplies, and ensuring all cleaning tools are properly maintained.
• Assist with housekeeper management tasks when needed, including scheduling or coordinating cleaning appointments for clients.
• Follow safety protocols related to sanitation and use of cleaning chemicals to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and residents.

Experience

• Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is highly preferred; janitorial or custodial experience is a strong asset.
• Background in hotel housekeeping management or hospitality industry roles demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques and floor care equipment enhances your versatility in this role.
• Experience with laundry services and sanitation procedures ensures comprehensive home care.
• Previous roles involving custodial responsibilities or janitorial work provide a solid foundation for this position.
