Be responsible for developing, delivering and executing KIDDO’s marketing and communications strategy to support program growth, sustainability and impact, while positioning KIDDO as a leader in the early childhood and primary school physical literacy space. Manage and deliver integrated marketing and communications activity across digital platforms, email, social media, PR and events, supporting strong, consistent messaging and optimising user engagement, retention and overall customer experience. Contribute as part of the program leadership team to business development strategy, increasing brand awareness, growing membership and revenue, and informing platform development priorities. About you
Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competency Substantial relevant experience in the full range of marketing, communications, digital channels and content development Demonstrated experience managing email marketing platforms, particularly Mailchimp, including audience segmentation and maintenance Demonstrated experience planning, delivering and optimising Meta marketing and advertising campaigns Highly developed organisational skills with the demonstrated ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
