divh2Senior Analyst - Supply Chain Analytics/h2pAs a Senior Analyst - Supply Chain Analytics the majority of your role will be focused on translating business needs and requests into data by developing and reporting supply chain analytics related to purchasing, inventory, sourcing, pricing, etc. along with the management of business systems used within supply chain./ppstrongPositions Key Competencies:/strong SQL, PowerBi, Supply Chain Experience/ppstrongResponsibilities:/strong/pulliConduct reporting, including key performance indicators, lean kaizen requests, and other ad-hoc requests./liliComply with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards related to function./liliWork closely with SCO leadership and stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights./liliConduct complex analysis of system and operational data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and provide timely solutions/liliDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports using strongPower BI/strong/liliCreate complex strongDAX measures/strong and calculated columns to support advanced analytics and KPI tracking./liliEnsure data consistency and integrity across multiple reporting systems and data sources./liliProvide ad-hoc analysis to support continuous improvement initiatives and immediate business needs/liliAct as a liaison between the SCO teams and Data Office teams to ensure effective communication and understanding of data structures/liliComply with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards related to function./li/ulpstrongQualifications:/strong/pulliBachelors Degree Supply Chain Management./lili5 years related experience with a proven track record in supply chain value./lilistrongExpert in SQL Querying, ETL Processes, API, WMS, Python/strong/liliSkilled in SQL, DAX, M Code, data modeling, data mining, and analytics./liliKnowledge of data visualization best practices and dashboard design principles/liliStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail/liliExceptional communication skills./liliAbility to work collaboratively across multiple functions and departments within the organization./liliAbility to work effectively under time constraints and multi task./liliMotivated self-starter who is organized, efficient and team-oriented./liliProven, effective analytical skills./liliExceptional communication skills./liliStrong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills, ability to generate accurate and timely analysis using advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/liliStrong data mining, aggregation and analytical skills/liliAbility to work collaboratively across multiple functions and departments within the organization./liliAbility to work effectively under time constraints and multi task./liliMotivated self-starter who is organized, efficient and team-oriented/li/ulpCompensation Details: $74,285 - $96,570 Annually/p/div
