What You'll Do as a Floating Apartment Leasing Manager:

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Manager who can oversee leasing operations while supporting the daily functions of multiple communities. In this role, you will:

· Lease apartments to maintain strong occupancy and contribute to revenue goals

· Manage rent collection, posting of rent, and issuance of late notices
