NOOR Mediterranean is a vibrant, modern and upscale Mediterranean dining destination, specializing in authentic Levantine (Lebanese) innovative dishes with a focus on fresh ingredients and exceptional service.
We are seeking talented Executive Chef, you will lead the culinary team with passion and creativity, transforming our kitchen into a vibrant hub of culinary excellence. You will be responsible for following and implementing pre-created innovative menus, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation, and managing all aspects of kitchen operations. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver exceptional dining experiences that delight our guests and elevate our brand.
What you'll do
- Design and implement seasonal menus that reflect current trends while catering to diverse dietary needs.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service management.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Manage inventory control and food handling practices to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate banquet services and special events, ensuring flawless execution from preparation to presentation.
- Maintain quality control by conducting regular inspections of food preparation areas and equipment.
- Handle shift management responsibilities, ensuring smooth transitions between service periods.
- Collaborate with front-of-house teams to enhance guest experiences through exceptional culinary offerings.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role within the food industry and upscale dining settings
- Ideal candidate should have Mediterranean kitchen experience but not a must.
- Background experience in fine dining, catering, and restaurant management with a strong focus on recipes implementations .
- Demonstrated expertise in food production techniques, cooking methods, and food safety regulations.
- Strong supervisory experience with a track record of effective team management and development.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and cost control measures in a kitchen setting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
