Elementary English School Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher for Kindergarten through 3nd Grade to inspire and educate young learners. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the educational journey of our students, fostering growth and development in a nurturing, supportive environment.

You will mainly work on Saturday's with the option/opportunity to work other days.

What you will do:

• Develop and implement fun and engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
• Teach phonics extensively within a classroom setting, ensuring students develop essential reading skills.
• Provide foundational instruction in literacy to meet the diverse needs of young students.
• Create and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Communicate regularly with parents about student progress, strengths, and areas for growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance and enrich the educational program.
• Engage in ongoing professional development related to early childhood education.

What you need:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field required.
• Teaching credential preferred.
• Extensive experience teaching phonics in a school setting is required.
• Proven experience in lesson planning, classroom instruction, and individualized support.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with students, parents, and staff.
• Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment.
• Understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
• Most importantly, a fun spirit
