Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA, for an Information Technology Support Specialist. The successful candidate will provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and user inquiries. Responsibilities include maintaining desktop computers, addressing IT-related issues, and ensuring consistent help desk support for internal users. The role requires a proactive approach to solving technology challenges and delivering effective solutions to improve workflow and user experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to identify and resolve IT-related issues efficiently.
• Experience working with Desktop Computers and maintaining hardware and software functionality.
• Knowledge of Information Technology systems and ability to manage IT infrastructure effectively.
• Strong Help Desk Support skills to provide responsive and professional assistance to users.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with healthcare billing systems or behavioral health is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Los Angeles, CA.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
