Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays.
Our massage therapists are responsible for treating clients through soft tissue manipulation while maintaining a safe and relaxing experience. The therapist should be good at perceiving client wishes and needs through spoken language, body language and other cues and modifying their treatments accordingly.
Join an established client base.
* Must adhere to local and state licensing laws and regulations.
* Must carry liability insurance.
* Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage required.
* Guide clients through service offerings and determine which massages would benefit them most.
* Evaluate clients to determine painful or stressed areas of the body.
* Advise clients on stretching, strengthening or relaxation method.
* Suggest future massage appointments and regime to clients.
* Listen to clients during appointments and adjust technique as they desire.
* Able to work flexible days and hours.
* Responsible for Massage, cleaning and sanitizing room in-between clients and do linens throughout shift.

Qualifications
- Massage Therapy License
- Deep tissue massage experience
- Proficiency in trigger point therapy and acute pain management
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Ability to perform physical examinations and assess patient needs
- Prior experience in med spa settings is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $42.75 - $60.00 per hour
