Participation in this program requires an active California Property & Casualty License. The program is designed to support your growth and help you reach new professional heights by providing hands-on experience and continuous learning.

Salary Range: $45, $100,000.00 per year

• A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Must be highly self-motivated.
• Career minded vision
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Problem-Solving Capabilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
