We are a privately owned physical and occupational therapy clinic in Colleyville, TX specializing in orthopedics, sports rehab, and vestibular rehab. Our amazing team of therapists pride themselves on providing evidence based care in a customer-centric and collaborative environment. The varied experiences of our staff create a great opportunity for mentorship for newly graduated therapists or a therapist returning to the workforce following parental leave. Orthopedic residency is available for therapist working towards OCS certification.

Duties:
* Evaluation and implementation of evidence-based plan of care for new patients.
* Monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure consistent progress and achievement of treatment goals.
* Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and home exercises to promote active participation in their recovery.
* Utilize a variety of modalities and equipment to enhance treatment outcomes.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and billing information, in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, occupational therapists, and orthopedic surgeons to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
* Stay current with advancements in physical therapy techniques, research, and best practices by attending relevant workshops, seminars, and training opportunities.
* Contribute to the growth and development of the clinic by participating in marketing initiatives, community outreach programs, and maintaining positive relationships with referring physicians.
* Adhere to ethical and professional guidelines set forth by relevant governing bodies and organizations.
Qualifications:
* A valid and current Texas license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
* Physical Therapy degree from an accredited institution.
* Proven experience in outpatient orthopedic or vestibular rehab setting (New grads accepted with strong reference from clinical instructor and/or PT program faculty).
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients, their families, and colleagues.
* Empathetic and patient-centered approach to care.
* Exceptional problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with other therapists.
* Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other relevant software.
