Location: Palatka, FL
Employment Type: Full-Time (Days or Nights, Rotating Weekends)
Compensation: $29.73–$43.20/hr (based on experience)
Shift Differentials: Nights +$4.25/hr | Weekends +$2.00/hr

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in collaboration with providers and the care team

• Perform thorough assessments, monitor conditions, and report changes promptly

• Administer medications and treatments safely with accurate documentation

• Address patient needs quickly, anticipating issues and resolving concerns proactively

• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and discharge plans

• 1+ year of acute-care Med-Surg RN experience required

• Current Florida RN license or Multistate Compact License

• BLS required within 30 days of hire

• ADN required; BSN preferred
