Location: Englewood, OH
Are you an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping older adults live with independence, dignity, and confidence? Our Symbria Rehab Team in Englewood, OH is seeking a Full-Time OT to join a collaborative, resident-focused senior-living community as an employee-owner.
This role offers the opportunity to do meaningful work, grow professionally, and be part of a team where your clinical expertise is truly valued.
Responsibilities:
As a Full-Time Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in improving residents' quality of life by:
- Evaluating residents and developing individualized, goal-driven treatment plans
- Delivering creative, functional interventions that support ADLs, cognition, and independence
- Supervising and collaborating with Occupational Therapy Assistants
- Maintaining accurate documentation and productivity standards
- Partnering with an interdisciplinary care team to support holistic resident outcomes
- Serving as a trusted clinical resource for residents, families, and team members
Your work will help residents regain function, confidence, and meaningful participation in daily life.
Qualifications:
What You Bring- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active Ohio OT license (or ability to obtain)
- A passion for working with the older adult population
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehab is preferred—but not required
