What You'll Do:

As a Care Partner, you'll provide personalized care and companionship for our 6 residents in a small AFC (Adult Foster Care) home. This isn't a rushed, corporate environment—our small size allows for true connection and meaningful relationships with each resident.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with daily living activities such as dressing, cooking, bathing, and light cleaning
• Facilitating fun activities that bring smiles and enrichment to residents' days
• Providing love, safety, and peace of mind to seniors who need 24-hour care
• Working as part of a dedicated, long-standing team that feels more like family

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in long-term care, home care, or community care settings
• Strong communication and caregiving skills with a heart for compassion and empathy
• Familiarity with personal care, ADLs, and residents' rights
• CPR/First Aid Certification (required – we are willing to train the right candidate)
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer's, or memory care is a plus

Job Type: Full-Time (3 shifts/week depending on need)
