Culinary Specialist, cooks

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, cooking, and presentation. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing delicious meals while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
- Ensure the quality of food meets the highest standards of freshness and taste
- Assist in the development of new menu items
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times
- Monitor and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food production
- Follow proper food handling procedures and safety regulations

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Cook or relevant position
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
