Night Auditor

Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit duties, including reviewing and reconciling guest accounts and transactions
- Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare daily reports and distribute them to the appropriate departments
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
- Handle phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Assist with guest relations and ensure a positive guest experience

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is desirable
- Familiarity with front desk operations and hospitality management software is beneficial
- Proficient in using phone systems and maintaining proper phone etiquette
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
