What You'll Do

• Lead and inspire Workplace Service Coordinators across multiple sites.
• Oversee day-to-day operations: facilities, office services, vendor contracts, compliance, and more.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships to deliver cost-effective, reliable services.
• Drive regional projects such as office moves, renovations, and sustainability initiatives.
• Align workplace services with employee needs and firm goals, ensuring consistency and excellence.

What We're Looking For

• 5–8 years of experience in facilities or workplace services management.
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing frontline teams.
• Expertise in vendor and budget management.
• Familiarity with workplace technologies (CAFM/IWMS) and compliance standards.
• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
