Duties

• Efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards.
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support chefs and kitchen staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining areas, and service stations through regular cleaning routines.
• Maintain a tidy environment.
• Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are highly valued.
• Experience with food preparation or kitchen duties such as cleaning or basic cooking is a plus.
• Knowledge of proper food handling practices ensures safety for both staff and guests.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
