We're seeking a compassionate and self-motivated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, individualized care to patients across a variety of clinical environments. • Evaluate, plan, and implement treatment programs to help patients improve mobility, strength, and independence.
• Deliver care in multiple settings, ensuring a smooth transition and continuity of services.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for each patient.
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques, safety, and home exercise programs.
• Document care in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
