Marketing Innovation Manager

High Liner Foods is seeking a Marketing Innovation Manager to drive growth through the creation and expansion of innovation platforms within our food service and retail portfolios. This is a hands on innovation role, accountable for taking new products from ideation right through to post-launch success — ideal for someone who can blend strategic thinking with a focus on detail and delivery. Cross functional collaboration with R&D, Supply Chain, Commercialization, Brand Marketing and Sales is a critical enabler.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the development and delivery of innovation projects within established platforms, driving growth through flawless execution.
- Translate consumer, category, and culinary insights into compelling innovation concepts and bold product ideas.
- Execute innovation projects from concept through launch, ensuring timely delivery and post launch performance tracking.
- Prepare business case inputs and analysis to support platform strategy and commercialization decisions.
- Partner with Brand Marketing, Sales, and Retail Marketing teams to position and activate new platforms in market, tailoring messaging and tactics to customer and consumer needs.
- Manage cross-functional project teams and external agency partners in the development of platforms, concepts, and marketing toolkits.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Innovation, or related field
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in brand marketing, innovation, or product development — ideally within CPG or food service categories.
- Proven track record in leading successful new product launches and building long-term brand growth platforms.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of market dynamics, financial modeling, and shopper/consumer behavior.
- Experience in cross-functional leadership, ideally with R&D, Sales, and Supply Chain collaboration.
- Curious and future-forward mindset with the ability to identify emerging trends and convert them into actionable ideas

Salary Transparency: High Liner Foods' compensation offerings are founded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $105-125K; the base pay is offered based on a variety of factors including geographical market location, and may vary depending on job grading practices, job-related knowledge, skills, experience and internal equity factors. As part of our total rewards offering, employees may be eligible to participate in an annual short-term incentive program subject to program eligibility requirements.
