We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to contribute to our efficient and safe logistics operations. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. This role demands physical capability, attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork. You will play an integral part in ensuring that our products reach our customers accurately and on time. We maintain a strong emphasis on safety, and adherence to all procedures, including the use of PPE, is mandatory. - Perform all tasks involved in receiving, order picking, packing, and shipping of products.
- Stock and organize inventory accurately within the distribution center.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, after proper training.
- Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and product handling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and participate in cycle counting.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily logistics goals.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or operational issues.
Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred. Ability to perform consistent lifting up to 60 pounds. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Experience with logistics software is a plus. Must be safety-conscious and able to follow instructions precisely. Must be at least 18 years of age.
