The Residency is an industry-leading, full-time paid training program dedicated to developing the next generation of media professionals. Designed for recent graduates and early-career talent, this immersive program combines hands-on experience with structured learning to build real-world skills in a range of media functions.
Rooted in experiential learning and supported by a custom curriculum, The Residency provides practical on-the-job training across disciplines such as media planning, buying, analytics, strategy, and more, all within one of the world's most respected media networks. Residents are integrated directly into teams from day one - working on meaningful tasks, collaborating with industry experts, and gaining exposure to global agency partners.
Throughout the program, participants develop applicable media-industry knowledge, professional capabilities, and broad business acumen, forming a strong foundation for a successful career in media. In addition to formal training, Residents may participate in signature experiences like simulated client pitch projects that reinforce strategic thinking and presentation skills. Hiring Areas:
- Media Planning -The role of a Media Planning Coordinator is to manage our media planning product through preparing and presenting media plans, proposals, and analysis. This role requires you to work as part of an integrated media planning team to ensure the product is grounded in insights and experience, resulting in flawless media executions.
- Media Buying -The role of a Media Buying Coordinator is to execute traditional campaigns and oversee negotiations. This role requires you to document all client media buys and prepare and present all documentation to planning teams or client.
- Programmatic – The Programmatic Coordinator will work on digital campaign management, from set up and website tagging to troubleshooting and general support.
- Paid Social -The Paid Social Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day account and media activity on assigned campaigns. You will support Senior Specialists with paid social media strategy, campaign execution, and optimization.
- Paid Search -The Paid Search Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day campaign performance and execution on assigned campaigns. You will support Senior Specialists with search engine marketing and optimization.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Analytical mindset and able to work within Excel spreadsheets quickly & accurately
- Motivated self-starter
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and work well under deadlines
- Professional, reliable, results-oriented
- Enthusiastic about the media industry
- Storytelling abilities
- Eligible to work in Canada
Resident Criteria
- Graduating (or graduated) from an accredited college/university program
- Passion for the media industry
- Not returning to school in the Fall of 2026
The Residency program commences with an in-depth orientation and onboarding to the business, inclusive of a comprehensive learning workshop called the Media Bootcamp starting on Tuesday, May 12th, 2026.
