As a Business Analytics Consultant Senior within PNC's CIB Data Analytics organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, or Philadelphia, PA. and/or Cleveland, OH. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Business Analytics Consultant within PNC's CIB Data Analytics organization you will join the Data Analytics and Solutions team supporting our Corporate Institutional & Banking division to work on various strategic initiatives supporting Data Analytics & Solutions You will leverage emerging technologies to create innovative data products and streamlined solutions to drive Corporate & Institutional Banking business growth.
Additional Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines to ingest, transform, and deliver structured and unstructured data from multiple sources using modern ETL/ELT frameworks.
- Perform advanced data wrangling and manipulation to clean, enrich, and prepare datasets for analytical modeling, dashboarding, and business decision-making.
- Architect and maintain robust data environments, including data lakes, warehouses, and integration layers, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and data solutions that support strategic initiatives.
- Develop reusable data assets and engineering standards, promoting consistency, automation, and best practices across analytics projects and platforms.
Preferred skills and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in an analytical discipline (e.g., Analytics, STEM, etc.)
- 3+ years of practical experience with data analysis / data wrangling (R/Python preferred)
- Knowledge of visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik, etc.), human-centered design and/or web application development (including R Shiny, Bokeh, etc.)
- SQL proficiency and basic understanding of database designs
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Intellectual curiosity
- Proven project management and leadership skills
- Experience with marketing analytics preferred (web traffic analysis, e-mail campaigns, social media data APIs, etc.)

Job Description
Leverages complex analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and useful applications across multiple functions or business units to create data driven solutions.
Consulting to clients on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product / solution development.
Determining the optimal analytic approach and supporting development, implementation and enhancements.
Conceptualizing, developing and continuously optimizing analytical solutions for business leadership to enable data driven decision making.
Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management or communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences.

Base Salary: $55,000.00 – $142,350.00
