What You'll Be Doing

• Manage a diverse caseload from inception through resolution
• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft precise legal documents and correspondence
• Represent clients in matters such as personal injury and workers' compensation cases
• Negotiate settlements and advocate on behalf of clients with professionalism and skill
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to maintain organized, high-quality case files
• Stay current with evolving laws and regulations impacting general liability litigation

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years' experience handling general liability cases
• Proven ability to manage cases independently
• Admitted to the New York Bar (additional NJ, CT, or PA admissions are a plus)
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach and strong communication skills
