Position Summary:

Guard For America is seeking a professional and dependable Unarmed Standing Guard to serve at the Acne Studios retail store in West Hollywood. The primary responsibility of this role is to stand inside the store for the entirety of each assigned shift, excluding authorized break and lunch periods, while maintaining a visible and professional security presence. This position requires constant alertness, excellent customer service skills, and a polished appearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stand on post inside the store for the full duration of the shift, except during scheduled breaks and lunch periods.
• Maintain a visible security presence to deter theft, unauthorized activity, and other security concerns.
• Greet and interact with customers and store staff in a courteous and professional manner.
• Observe customer activity and promptly report any suspicious behavior in accordance with company and client procedures.
• Follow established safety, reporting, and escalation protocols at all times.
• Remain attentive and responsive throughout the shift, addressing issues as they arise.
• Complete required activity logs and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.

Uniform & Appearance:

• Uniform: Black suit provided by Guard For America.
• Officers must maintain a clean, professional, and well-groomed appearance at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid California guard registration for unarmed security personnel.
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Strong observational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Professional demeanor with a strong customer-service mindset.
• Ability to follow instructions, policies, and security protocols.

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
