Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor

We are looking for a Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring that all hotel policies and procedures are followed. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and register guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Ensure all guests are satisfied with their stay.
• Perform nightly audit duties, such as balancing accounts and reconciling discrepancies.
• Maintain security of guest information and records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.50 per hour
