Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Production Lead to join our manufacturing team This energetic role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading teams, and has a passion for manufacturing excellence. As a key player in our production facility, you will oversee daily operations on the assembly line, ensure safety standards are met, and coordinate activities across departments. Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily manufacturing operations on the assembly line, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity.
• Communicate effectively in both languages to guide team members, resolve issues, and promote safety protocols.
• Supervise team members, assign tasks, and monitor performance to meet production targets.
• Operate and oversee the use of forklifts, power tools, hand tools, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations by conducting regular safety checks and training sessions.
• Assist with inventory management in the warehouse, including receiving materials and organizing supplies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing solutions.

Skills

• Bilingual fluency in English and another language (e.g., Spanish) for effective communication across diverse teams.
• Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment.
• Mechanical knowledge related to assembly lines, machinery, and equipment operation.
• Hands-on experience with forklifts, power tools, hand tools, and warehouse procedures.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Ability to lead a team with enthusiasm, motivation, and clear direction.
• Knowledge of safety protocols relevant to manufacturing settings to maintain a secure work environment.
