Overview:

Under general supervision of the EVP-Production, the Branch Manager is responsible for supervision of all branch employees. Must direct and organize them as well as provide training and serve as a team leader. Handle operations management and sales responsibilities. Create and enforce standards of customer service. Produce documentation, ensure accounting and reporting are done properly and establish branch procedures and policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Branch Manager shall operate the branch office in full compliance with all ordinances, laws, rules, and regulations of any city, county, state, and federal government having jurisdiction. Branch Manager will adhere to the rules and protocols set forth by company.
  • Responsible for leading and motivating branch team.
  • Analyze market and develop sales strategies to ensure profitability of branch. 
  • Generate leads and loan volume.
  • Plan and coordinate short-term and long-term branch goals.
  • Responsible for negotiating the compensation of all the Loan Originators and employing all personnel in accordance of applicable laws, regulations, and all company policies and standards.
  • Ensure that the branch follows all compliance and regulatory guidelines.
  • Manage to corporate directives.
  • Hire and train all employees of the branch office in regards to operations and policies.
  • Coach staff to fulfill business goals.
  • Evaluate branch staff's work performance by preparing and delivering annual reviews.
  • Monitors quality of service.
  • Assists in managing the security and safety of the Branch.
  • Participate in training for marketing, sales, and scenario techniques to effectively sell, package and close consumer mortgages.
  • Maintain current and thorough knowledge of all lending programs, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • NMLS MLO License.
  •  Ability to prioritize and multi-task, while working in a fast paced environment.
  •  Exceptionally detailed, focused and motivated professional.
  •  Excellent communication skills.
  •  Pleasant with customers, business partners and colleagues.
  •  Knowledge of automated underwriting systems (DU/LP), HUD and RESPA Regulations.
  •  Comprehensive understanding of legal, compliance and Investor requirements.

Compensation Disclosure

This is a full-time, exempt salaried position. The base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications. This position is not eligible for overtime compensation, in accordance with California labor law. Additional compensation, such as bonuses or incentive pay, may be available based on performance and business needs

At-Will Employment

This position is classified as at-will employment in accordance with California law. Employment may be terminated by either the employer or employee at any time, with or without cause or notice, subject to applicable law.

Work Location
This position is primarily based in our office located at 236 N Santa Cruz Ave, Ste 101, Los Gatos, CA 95030, Regular in-office attendance is required during standard business hours.
