Join our bustling logistics operation as a Shipping Clerk in San Antonio, Texas. This role is critical for the accurate and timely dispatch of all outgoing shipments. You will be responsible for preparing shipping documents, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring that all packages are correctly labeled and loaded. Your duties will include verifying order details, accurately weighing and measuring packages, and maintaining records of shipments. Attention to detail and a strong sense of organization are essential. Maintaining a safe working environment is a top priority, and you will be required to adhere to all Safety regulations and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). While this role may involve some Lifting of packages, the primary focus is on administrative and coordination tasks within the shipping department. Experience with shipping software and a good understanding of logistics procedures are highly desirable. You will work closely with warehouse associates to ensure smooth transitions from the warehouse floor to the shipping dock.
