Valet Attendant

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Valet Attendant to join our team In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional guest services while efficiently managing parking and vehicle retrieval.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional customer service throughout their visit
• Safely park and retrieve customers' vehicles using driving skills, ensuring proper handling at all times
• Communicate clearly with guests regarding vehicle status, parking procedures, and any special instructions or requests
• Maintain a clean and organized valet station, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
• Assist with additional guest needs such as opening doors or providing directions when necessary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in guest services or hospitality roles, with excellent communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods; physical stamina is essential
