Northwood Deaconess Health Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated *Occupational Therapist* to join our full-service therapy department. This is a unique opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment that values both professional growth and quality patient care.
*About the Role*
As part of our dynamic rehabilitation team, you’ll provide outpatient and inpatient occupational therapy services to a diverse patient population. While our therapists serve across the lifespan, we are especially interested in candidates with experience or a strong interest in pediatric care.
You’ll have the opportunity to develop your clinical focus, pursue specialty areas, and work closely with patients in a meaningful, one-on-one setting.

*What We’re Looking For:*
* Licensed Occupational Therapist (or eligible for licensure in North Dakota)
* Interest or experience in pediatric therapy highly preferred
* Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
