Lead Construction Superintendent

We are looking for a Lead Superintendent for leading multi-family General Contractor At Brooks and Freund, we believe in the power of ownership. Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years experience required.
• Comfortable with basic computer skill. Daily reporting and scheduling is web based software.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Must promote jobsite safety by ensuring site is clean and presentable at all times

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to and maintain project schedule
• Confirm conformity with design and specifications
• Communication with Client, Project Manager and Subcontractors.
• Generating RFI's
• Running weekly progress meetings
• Completing Daily Reports

-Compensation commensurate with experience.

-Reference and Project list a must.

Pay: $85, $111,000.00 per year
