HVAC Installer

Overview:

A $1,500.00 sign on bonus is available after 120 days of employment (based on experience/performance). Looking to TRADE UP to a better opportunity? Roberts Cooling, Heating, Plumbing, and Electrical is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated installation team. Installers are paid hourly or piece rate.

What you will do:

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Stay up to date on current technologies and new products in the field
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the client may have
• Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation
• Properly connect equipment
• Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements

What you will bring:

• 3+ years HVAC installation experience required
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
• Valid drivers' license
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
• Ability to work outdoors
