Full-Time Human Resources Director

Responsibilities Human Resources Director:

• Conduct effective, thorough, objective and timely investigations
• Work closely with management and employees to improve working relationships and employee morale
• Conduct routine audits of personnel files and documentation at Center.
• Participate in recruitment events and assist Recruitment Team with coordination of effective recruitment plans.
• Maintain knowledge of state and federal regulations as it pertains to human resources and employee relations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications (HR) Human Resources Director:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• HR Director Experience
• Leadership qualities required.
• LTC/SNF experience required.
• Computer knowledge.
