About Rising Roads Recovery: At Rising Roads Recovery , we focus on working with young adult women ranging from We believe in empowering our clients to fulfill their own particular dreams. Our trained addiction treatment staff helps our clients identify their specific recovery goals, and help them achieve them. We also provide in-depth mental health services that address the root issues driving addiction and mental illness.

The Support Staff functions as an active part of the treatment team, providing continuous patient observation, interaction, role modeling, and driving residents to appointments. The Tech reports to the Program Director.

Minimum Qualifications

• Possesses current valid California Driver License
• Clean driving record
• RAD-T certification
• Possesses knowledge of recovery programs
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification
• Annual TB Test

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides client supervision in coordination with the clinical staff.
• Assists in admission of new clients, which includes orienting client to unit and program, checking client for contraband and caring for client's valuables and belongings.
• Assists client through the discharge process.
• Makes scheduled client rounds.
• Is aware of physical and safety factors on the unit, performs security rounds and reports unsafe conditions to a supervisor.
• Sets limits on unacceptable behavior.
• Performs tasks related to general center maintenance, such as bed making, room check, care of client's belongings and general center cleanliness.
• Accompanies clients off the unit when necessary, including driving to A.A./N.A. meetings.
• Establishes and maintains therapeutic relationship with clients within the guidelines of the clinical programs.
• Completes report at the end of the shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
