What You'll Actually Be Doing

You're not just pushing paper — you're the bridge between our customers and our techs. Here's a snapshot of your day:

• Greet and advise customers with empathy and clarity
• Write up repair orders and manage workflow across the shop
• Review inspections, present estimates, and follow up with care
• Communicate with techs and ensure quality control
• Make service feel personal — because to us, it is

These Skills and Traits Will Help You Shine In This Role

• 5+ years of experience as a service advisor
• Solid understanding of vehicle systems and customer sales flow
• Great communicator, emotionally intelligent, and detail-driven
• Someone who cares about people and wants to be trusted , not just paid
