We are looking for a Shift Manager who leads by example. At Five Guys Dover, you aren't just sitting in an office; you are on the floor, working the grill, and keeping the energy high during the lunch and dinner rush. What You'll Do You will support the General Manager in running a profitable, clean, and safe restaurant. Your duties include:

• Lead the Floor: Manage the crew during shifts, ensuring breaks are taken and stations are covered.
• Coaching: Train new hires and provide real-time feedback to the team.
• Operations: Handle opening and closing procedures, cash management, and safe counts.
• Quality Control: Ensure every burger and fry order meets Five Guys standards.
• Hands-On: You will cook, clean, and serve customers alongside your team.

Requirements

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of leadership or restaurant experience is required.
• Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Commute: Reliable transportation to Webb Pl (Dover) is required.
• Availability: Must be able to work various shifts, specifically nights and weekends.
