Senior Analyst, Financial Planning

Overview
Position Summary
: The Senior Analyst, FP&A will play a pivotal role in supporting the financial strategy of the Company. This position reports to the Manager of FP&A and is responsible for assisting the FP&A team in providing financial insights, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis to support executive decision-making and enhance organizational performance.

Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis:

• Participate in the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and accurate forecasting.
• Partner with Operations Team through regular reporting, business reviews, and ad-hoc analysis.
• Work with the Accounting Department to support month-end close process.
• Prepare month-end reporting materials for internal stakeholders, executives, and investors.
• Analyze financial performance and operational metrics; identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive business decisions.
• Act as a strategic partner to field operations teams, providing financial insights that lead to actionable opportunities to improve performance.

Compliance And Governance

• Ensure adherence to financial policies, regulations, and accounting standards.
• Help maintain processes for effective financial governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in finance, with a background in FP&A, preferably in healthcare.
• Self-driven with growth mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must have sound time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks as needed.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis tools, including Power BI and Excel.
