About The Role
As Envelio continues to scale its presence in the United States, we are seeking a talented Graphic Designer, Brand & Marketing to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in shaping and maintaining the visual identity of our brand across various campaigns, events, and marketing channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating complex technical solutions into visually compelling and clear graphics that bring our products and services to life. Collaborating closely with the U.S. marketing team and our brand partners in Germany, you will ensure consistency, creativity, and high-impact storytelling across all touchpoints. This position offers a hybrid work environment, with options to work remotely within the Eastern Time Zone or from our Boston office. Travel to conferences, industry events, and the Boston office is required, providing opportunities for in-person collaboration and networking. Reporting directly to the Head of U.S. Marketing, Anne Nelson, you will play a key role in elevating our brand presence and supporting our growth objectives.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience in visual design within B2B environments or agency settings
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, and After Effects
- A strong portfolio demonstrating brand-driven digital design, event materials, and video production
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects
- Self-directed with a proactive approach to design and content creation
- Willingness to travel for trade shows, customer visits, and on-site content shoots
- Experience in producing photo and short-form video content from concept through post-production
- Knowledge of AI tools and visual marketing best practices to streamline workflows
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and evolution of the U.S. brand's visual identity, ensuring alignment with global brand standards
- Create high-impact visuals for digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital ads
- Design marketing collateral such as presentations, trade show graphics, signage, and print materials
- Support website design efforts, including landing pages, header graphics, and product visuals
- Produce photo and short-form video content, managing projects from initial concept to post-production
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate technical concepts into engaging visuals
- Leverage AI tools and industry best practices to optimize content creation workflows
- Assist with branding consistency across all marketing channels and campaigns
