Reltio Architect

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced
Reltio MDM Architect
to lead the modernization and migration of our Master Data Management (MDM) platform from
Informatica MDM
to
Reltio MDM
for a leading
Life Sciences customer
. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in
multi-domain MDM implementations
,
data migration strategies
, and strong knowledge of
data quality and integration frameworks
. Functional experience in
Life Sciences MDM domains
(Customer, Product, HCP/HCO, etc.) is highly preferred.

Strategic Responsibilities

• MDM Vision & Roadmap Development
• Define the future-state architecture using Reltio's cloud-native platform.
• Align MDM strategy with business goals, focusing on agility, scalability, and real-time data delivery.
• Migration Planning
• Lead the migration from Informatica MDM (often on-premise) to Reltio MDM (SaaS).
• Assess existing data models, match/merge rules, integrations, and governance processes for compatibility and redesign.
• Defining Initial Data Load, ID Sync and Testing Strategies

Technical Architecture & Design

• Platform Architecture
• Design scalable, multi-domain MDM solutions using Reltio architecture.
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and multi-cloud support are built into the solution.
• Configure and manage
  Reltio RDM
  for reference data governance.
• Data Modeling & Entity Design
• Redefine master data entities and relationships using Reltio's flexible schema.
• Optimize survivorship rules, match/merge logic, and data quality configurations.
• Integration Strategy
• Replace batch ETL pipelines with real-time API-based integrations (Databricks, Python).
• Leverage Reltio Integration Hub and connectors for seamless data flow across enterprise systems.
• Manage data migration activities, including cleansing, validation, and cutover.

Implementation & Delivery Oversight

• Project Leadership
• Guide cross-functional teams through implementation phases: discovery, design, build, test, deploy.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data stewards, and IT teams to ensure alignment.
• Governance & Stewardship Enablement
• Implement data governance frameworks and stewardship workflows within Reltio.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies.
