Aesthetic Injector

Job Summary
The Aesthetic Injector (RN) will provide safe, high-level aesthetic treatments while delivering a luxury patient experience. This role is ideal for someone who is confident with injectables and also deeply curious about peptides, regenerative medicine, and reverse-aging protocols.

Duties

• Perform injectable treatments with precision and artistry
• Conduct aesthetic consultations and customized treatment plans
• Educate patients on aftercare, expectations, and long-term care
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate charts
• Capture content (with permission) for social media marketing
• Uphold the SURĒL Method: Ritual, Discipline, and Love in every patient experience
• Monitor patients during and after treatments for adverse reactions or complications, providing immediate care as needed
• Stay current with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine, including laser treatments, skin rejuvenation techniques, and injectable innovations

Experience

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois
• 1–3 years of injecting experience in a medspa or aesthetic setting (preferred, but not required)
• Facial filler
• Neuromodulators (Botox/Jeuveau/Xeomin)
• Facial balancing + natural-looking enhancement
• Strong understanding of anatomy and aesthetic safety protocols
• Professional social media presence or willingness to build/maintain one
• Excellent patient assessment skills with the ability to communicate effectively about treatment expectations and safety precautions
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and other healthcare professionals
