Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, ensuring that all areas meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The Housekeeper will work independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Handle laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
• Ensure proper care and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Assist with special projects or deep cleaning tasks as required.
• Maintain an organized supply closet and ensure all cleaning products are stored safely.

Experience

• Previous experience in housekeeping or related fields such as residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or custodial services is preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards is a plus.
• Skills in carpet cleaning and floor care techniques are advantageous.
• Experience in housekeeping management is beneficial for those seeking advancement opportunities.
• Strong customer service skills are essential for interacting with clients effectively.
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
