Become a vital part of our warehouse operations as a Warehouse Worker in Salt Lake City, Utah! This role is fundamental to the smooth functioning of our logistics network. You will be involved in a variety of hands-on tasks, including receiving and processing inbound shipments, stocking merchandise, picking and packing orders for distribution, and maintaining the overall organization and cleanliness of the warehouse. A strong emphasis is placed on Safety, and all team members are required to strictly follow safety procedures and utilize provided PPE. This position requires physical capability, including the ability to perform frequent Lifting, and the capacity to work efficiently in a demanding, fast-paced environment. We are looking for reliable and dedicated individuals who are team-oriented and possess a strong work ethic. While previous warehouse experience is helpful, we are eager to provide training to enthusiastic candidates ready to contribute to our logistics success. Your role is essential in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
- Unload and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Stock shelves and maintain organized inventory locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all safety standards and wear appropriate PPE.
Requirements:
- Physical ability to perform tasks including Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
