Lead Toddler Teacher

We are seeking a caring, dependable, and experienced Toddler Room Lead Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with toddlers, understands developmentally appropriate practice, and is committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for toddlers (ages (12–36 months))
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
• Support toddlers' social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
• Build warm, responsive relationships with children and families
• Lead and support assistant teachers in the classroom
• Observe, document, and assess children's development
• Communicate regularly with families regarding daily care and milestones
• Follow all licensing regulations, health and safety guidelines, and center policies

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
• Reliable, patient, and nurturing demeanor
