Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creatively driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing Manager across all digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of luxury brand standards, exceptional organization, and the ability to work within strict brand guidelines. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly adaptable, and capable of producing elevated content while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and performance across all channels. This position plays a key role in maintaining our brand's online presence, supporting digital advertising efforts, and assisting with creative projects including videography.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Manager with day-to-day content creation for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and X.
• Create, edit, and organize social media calendar that aligns with luxury brand standards.
• Work with brand-provided assets and ensure strict compliance with:
• Required posting frequency
• SOV (Share of Voice)
• Hashtag, tagging requirements
• Approval processes prior to posting
• Engage daily with relevant pages, partners, and industry accounts to strengthen presence and visibility.
• Respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries with professionalism and brand-appropriate voice.
• Monitor the Professional Dashboard to optimize
