Non-CDL Box Truck Driver

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Non-CDL Box Truck Driver to join our growing logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods to various destinations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving ability, and the physical capacity to assist with loading and unloading. As a key part of our operations, you will ensure timely deliveries and contribute to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Operate box trucks in compliance with traffic laws and company safety policies
• Deliver goods safely and on time to assigned locations
• Load and unload cargo using pallet jacks or manually, as needed
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and functionality
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including mileage, fuel usage, and delivery logs
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to provide status updates or report issues
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance to ensure reliability
• Follow all internal procedures and DOT regulations applicable to non-CDL operations

Qualifications

• Clean background
• Valid driver's license (Non-CDL) with a clean driving record
• Must be 25 years or older
• Prior experience in delivery or commercial driving preferred
• Familiarity with GPS and route navigation tools
• Ability to lift and move heavy cargo consistently
• Experience using pallet jacks is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude

Compensation

We offer competitive pay, performance-based bonuses, and long-term incentives based on individual performance.

Schedule Options

• Two weeks on, four days off
• Three weeks on, six days off
