Position Overview:
We're hiring CDL-A drivers for regional routes based out of El Paso. This role is open to both newly licensed drivers and experienced professionals seeking steady miles, weekly earnings, and a company that prioritizes safe and reliable operations.

Position Highlights:

• Home Time: Weekly home time available, or two weeks out with two days off
• New Driver Friendly: Recent CDL school graduates are welcome
• Fleet Quality: Late-model trucks averaging under 1.5 years old

Pay & Benefits:

• Weekly Earnings: $1,200–$1,600
• Miles Per Week: 2,500–3,000
• Mileage pay with additional performance and safety incentives
• Extra compensation for stops, detention, and layovers
• Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A
• Accepting graduates with 120+ accredited CDL school hours
• Dependable and safety-focused
• Must meet all DOT requirements

Driver Responsibilities:

• Safely operate Class A equipment on regional routes
• Deliver freight on time with accurate documentation
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain consistent communication with dispatch
