Work location: Texas Health Southlake, 1545 E Southlake Blvd, TX 76092

Work hours: Part-time, 28 hours per week Schedule: Monday-Thursday between 7:00am and 5:00pm. Hours vary depending on patient needs.

Here's What You Need 

• Bachelor's Degree Completion of a Physical Therapy program is required
• No experience required
• PT - Physical Therapist Texas Physical Therapy License Upon Hire is required And
  BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly is required
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English; Problem ?   solving ability; Ability to teach others; Time management skills; Good interpersonal and customer service skills, Basic leadership skills
   

What You Will Do

• Performs age appropriate patient assessment and establishes plan of care
• Evaluates each patient using age and diagnosis appropriate assessment tests and measurements, including appropriate outcome assessment
  tool(s)
• Uses therapeutic treatment techniques appropriate to patient age and desire for treatment
• Performs treatment procedures that are within the scope of the professional license
• Utilizes available resources (equipment, support personnel, educational resources) to maximize efficiency and productivity and to meet
  personal developmental needs
• Documents all aspects of assessment, plan of care, and re-certifications in accordance with departmental, TJC, Medicare, and other
  applicable regulatory guidelines
