Are you a skilled and motivated Mobile Maintenance Engineer looking for your next opportunity? Join a leading Facilities Maintenance provider and take the next step in your career.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established building services company, delivering first-class maintenance across premium commercial office spaces in Central London and the West End.
My client has both Foot Mobile and Van Mobile roles available.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform
PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance)
and
reactive maintenance
on electrical and mechanical systems.
Handle general building services tasks, including plumbing, drainage, and basic fabric repairs.
Maintain up-to-date service records via a PDA-based maintenance system.
Liaise with subcontractors to complete specialist works as needed.
Ensure all work is carried out in line with Health & Safety guidelines and site-specific protocols.
Conduct routine inspections and proactively address issues to maintain building performance.

Candidate Requirements:
City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent).
Full UK driving licence.
Demonstrable experience in commercial and/or high-end residential maintenance.
