The Project:
We’re reshaping the Kensington skyline with West Cromwell Road – a bold new development delivering 462 contemporary homes across seven architecturally striking buildings, including a dramatic 33-storey tower – one of the tallest in the borough. The project features a remarkable 1,500‑tonne steel transfer structure that allows new buildings to rise seamlessly above the existing Tesco store and car park.
Role Overview:
As the Quality Assurance Manager you will lead all quality‑related matters encompassing project delivery, inspections, software management and reporting to drive excellence across all quality facets.
Responsibilities:
Lead all QA efforts for the project.
Set up project, users, roles and communication plans.
Conduct daily snagging inspections and oversee QA checklist submissions.
Manage software security access, business devices, trades, workflows and form templates.
Generate reports for Project Managers on a weekly and monthly basis.
Work with clients and associates during client snags and handover processes.
Conduct weekly QA and progress meetings with site managers.
Maintain tracker templates to monitor project progress effectively.
Qualifications:
Experience in a QA/Quality Manager role, ideally within construction.
Demonstrable experience producing Inspection & Test Plans.
Experience on new build or large complex projects is highly desirable.
High level of experience in using and administering Field View activities.
Ability to cope effectively with complexity and change in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong planning, organising, delegation and control of work processes.
